United Trust Bank a SME bank based in London were looking to build out Business Analysis capability across multiple teams and also build a centralised BA function.
- This included a hire that was aimed at driving the use of business intelligence and analytics in the mortgages function
- Centrally we built out the capability starting with a Head of Business Analysis and followed by multiple specialist BA's in both permanent and interim positions to build out the team. These hires supported a wide scale digital initiative across multiple divisions and programmes of work.

Chanel a luxury retailer began undergoing a large scale ERP implementation (Dynamics 365 FO) and hired the previous Transformation Director at Rotork. Due to the work we had done with him at Rotork they were keen to make sure we could partner again to build out his capability. Roles have included Business Architect, PMO Lead, Programme Manager and Business Analysis.
- Due to the successful work on this programme we have been introduced to further parts of the organisation and filled roles on both a perm and interim basis across projects such as Operational Process Improvement.
